General Donations for Construction

Sri Ganesha Temple Plano is building a permanent home for Sri Ganesha and the deities on its 10 acres of land on K Avenue in Plano. Every gift to the new temple, large or small, goes into stone, craftsmanship and sacred space that will serve devotees and their families for generations.

What Phase 1 of the temple includes

• A main temple with more than 12,000 sq ft of air-conditioned space
• Independent garbhagrahams for Sri Ganesha (entirely in granite), Sri Shiva, Sri Venkateswara, Sri Subramanya, Sri Ayyappan, Sri Guruvayurappan, Sri Durga, Sri Hanuman and the Navagraha
• A gopuram for all the deities and traditional interior work by skilled shilpis from India
• A yagnashala for homams
• A multipurpose hall with a kitchen of 5,670 sq ft, administrative offices and a compound wall

The temple plan was developed with Vasthu Vidyan Sri Kanippayyur Krishnan Namboothiripad of Kerala, so that every shrine is placed according to the traditional science.

How your gift helps

A general donation is used wherever construction needs it most. You can give once, or choose a monthly gift to stand with the temple through every stage of the building. Thank you for helping complete this sacred home.
