Modular Building Details:
- Hall Size: 24ft x 66.8ft
- Stage Dimensions: N/A
- Audio System: YAMAHA 12 channel mixer, 2 powered 400 W speaker, 6 Mics (2 Shure, 4 Behringer), quarter inch for instruments interface
- Seating Availability: 75 Chairs, 25 Floor Mats (approximately)
- Others: 4 tables (6ft x 2ft)
Facility Guidelines:
- Temple facilities are available upon approval. In order to be considered for approval, an event must comply with the following criteria: Community, Cultural, Devotional, Literary, Religious, and Spiritual.
- The facility can be used on a "As Is Basis". No professional decorations from outside vendors are provided.
- The facility is only available during temple opening hours from 8:30am to 12:30pm and 5:30pm to 8:30pm on Mon-Fri, and from 8:30am to 8:30pm on Saturday and Sundays.
- Your event cannot be used for fundraising, and money cannot be collected inside or outside the venue.
- Modular Building is used for religious practices, not limited to but including Weddings, Seemantham, Upanayanam, etc. The temple will not allow any homas or havan due to infrastructure limitations.
- The Event Hall has an audio system with 2 mics, 75 chairs, 4 tables, and 25 mats. No performance-style stage or extra lighting is available.
- Food from outside can be catered, provided it is vegetarian.
- Currently, the bathrooms available are inside the temple's main area.
- Temple priests can perform all rituals as needed. In addition to the facility rental fee, a fee will be charged for priest services. Priest dakshina is NOT included in the priest service fees and can be paid directly to the priest following the event.
- Please ensure that your event does not disturb the normal temple operations.
- At the time of approval, a non-refundable reservation deposit of $200 is required to confirm and hold the date. This deposit will be applied toward the total facility rental fee. The remaining balance must be paid on or before the day of the event. If the reservation is cancelled, the $200 deposit will be forfeited.
- The facility must be returned clean, undamaged, and properly organized after the event. All trash, leftover food, decorations, and personal items must be completely removed. Chairs, tables, and mats must be returned to their original locations. Any additional cleaning, damage, or restoration costs will be charged to the person responsible for the reservation.
- Sri Ganesha Temple reserves the right to refuse rental services at any time.
