Ten Days of Devotion to Lord Ganesha
Sri Ganesha Chaturthi Dasa Dina Mahotsava is a ten-day celebration honoring the birth of Lord Ganesha, the remover of obstacles and the deity invoked before every new beginning. This year, the temple observed the festival from August 22 – 31, 2025.
Devotees pre-ordered eco-friendly clay Ganesha idols for home worship, ahead of the temple's own celebrations. The mahotsava featured daily alankarams for the deity, the Ganesha Mela with its cultural program, Nada Samarpanam (musical offerings), and the Samuhika Swarna Gowri Vratam performed in honor of Goddess Parvathi, Lord Ganesha's mother.
The festival concluded with Ganesha Chaturthi Day itself and the Final Day Celebrations, marking the visarjan (immersion) that completes the ten-day observance.
