Shri Murali Mohan Venugopal Bhattar is a native of Bangalore, Karnataka. His mother tongues are Tamil and Kannada, reflecting a diverse linguistic and cultural background.
Bhattar is formally experienced in Vedha and Samskrutham, having studied at the Raghaveshwara Bharathi Savedha Samskrutha Maha Vidyalaya Patashala. Additionally, he has accomplished Pravara in Pancharathraagama Shastra from the Mysoor Maharaja College.
Before moving to the United States, he served at the Kote Anjaneya Swamy Temple and the Shakthi Ganapathi Temple in Bangalore, India. With the grace of Shakthi Ganapathi, he migrated to the USA, where he served as the main priest at the Hindu Temple of Amarillo for 12 years.
Bhattar has extensive experience in conducting daily rituals, Abhishekams, and Alankarams. His expertise includes Punyahavachanams, Venkateshwara Kalyanam, Krishna Rukmini Kalyanam, Naamakaranam, Anna prashanam, and Aayushya homam.
He is also well-versed in performing various Shanthi homas, including Sudharshana Homam, Mruthyunjaya homam, Navagraha homam, Vasthu homam, and all types of Vrathas. He is fluent in several languages, including Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, English, and Hindi.
