Homams
Homa is a Sanskrit word that refers to a ritual, wherein an oblation or any religious offering is made into fire.The fire (Agni) is the agent, through which various offerings (symbolic grains, ghee, milk, incense sticks) are offered to the Deity of Worship. During this puja, the Priest will chant various mantras a specific number of times for seeking the blessings of the Deity of Worship and for the success of the Devotee.
